Corsica Central Monument

This photo was taken from the area near the alignments, the stone in the foreground belongs to the alignment. This is such an incredibly complex site. A path winds its way from the alignment, down the slope to a stream, and then climbs steeply to the area just below the Western monument. There are the remains of remarkable dwellings here, the walls of which are clearly visible in this image.

The ritual complex called the central monument is in the area of trees towards the back of the hill.
